Initial sketch to final practical use of object
The initial sketch in illustrator which was then exported into autodesk fusion and used as the outline to extrude and create the object
This the object after having just extruded the outline imported from illustrator, making it about 15mm thick
This was the first attempt at making holes to fit screws, but without measurements or planning whatsoever, so it looks very rough, not practical at all and would not work if it were printed this way
After actual research on what size screws to use, and what size holes are to be made. This is the inital sketch placement of the 3.5mm diameter holes that would be used to screw the object into a table with #6 x 1 inch (25mm) wood scews
Final extrusion of the placement holes. This is the final finished object within fusion, which is then 3d printed.
The practical use of the 3d print
